Malaga's first franchise chain Carmen Thyssen museums
Carmen Cervera, Baroness Thyssen-Bornemisza widow, already has a museum that bears his name in the historic center of Malaga. Villalón Palace, built in the sixteenth century has been restored to house 220 paintings from the private collection of the Baroness, granted for 15 years "without charge." 29.6 million, nearly double what was initially budgeted for benefits of "high impact to the economy of Malaga" that will bring the new institution, according to the mayor.
